Celebrating creativity: SBISD releases 2025–2026 Performing and Visual Arts Calendar

Spring Branch Independent School District (SBISD) is excited to announce its 2025-2026 Performing and Visual Arts Calendar, featuring performances and events for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

This year’s calendar includes the district’s high school theater program offerings and showcases a wide range of concerts, contests, and visual and performing arts activities designed to inspire.

“This calendar represents the incredible depth of programming we have in SBISD — opportunities that have been consistently recognized at the state level,” said Houston Hayes, Director of Fine Arts and Health Fitness. “Our students’ creativity, paired with the dedication of our teachers, ensures that the arts continue to thrive and inspire across every grade level.”

SBISD earned the Texas Art Education Association’s (TAEA) District of Distinction recognition for the fifth year in a row in 2025. This accolade highlights the district’s ongoing commitment to outstanding visual arts education and fostering student creativity.
